24/7, 365 Days Care
Providing services and supports from one caregiver all year around in the caregiver's home
Advocacy
Standing up, and ensuring that members are supported in their life goals and dreams

Creating the support to provide assistance with their daily care or needs
Community Integration
Being social, and getting out in the community is important to develop long lasting friendships and relationships.
Oversight
Additionally, the caregiver will have oversight from the agency to ensure that your loved one has a full circle of support and that can help assist with goals and outcomes.
Transportation
Making sure that they still get to where they need to go, when they need to go. Doctor appointments or other activities that are important to a member are just as important to us.
